Seidengang is a highly unique 18k gold jewelry company. Carolyn Gang is the proprietor and artist behind the brand name. Her work resembles that of Gurhan in that she also uses a hammer technique, and also leaves imperfections in her work. She uses bold jewels and ancient coins, and cleverly places them in her gold. She will also sometimes "sprinkle" a gold surface with diamonds of different cuts.

Her work has a wonderfully warm and handmade feel to it. Her inspiration comes from Greek and Roman mythological plaster bas-reliefs, that she sometimes even physically uses to make her jewelry. Her work is very dramatic, and certainly sets a colorful stage for any woman. She likes to adorn her gold with sprawling reliefs o birds, flowers, butterflies and leaves, or in concentric carefully worked abstract designs.
